You are the driving force that enthuses, empowers and motivates our young people to become real advisors with passion from our apprentices.

I am – I work that way I want to inspire young people for sales and advice – with real pleasure to accompany customers and customers holily I support our trainees to become more secure in consultation step by step – with training-on-the-job, honest feedback and motivation. I live the cooperative approach: partnership, fair and oriented towards the individual goals of our customers. I develop creative ideas on how learning in sales is fun – modern, practical and effective. I accompany our young talents on their way, recognize potentials and promote them individually. I design trainings, workshops and learning impulses that make the desire for advice – and keep the fire permanently burning for our bank.

I'll bring I have experience in sales, in customer consulting or in training and training – ideally in a cooperative bank. I am delighted to encourage, motivate young people and show them how fulfilling advice can be. I communicate openly, empathically and at eye level – and can inspire others for goals and development.
