You are the central contact person (m/w/d) for our key account and site managers and support them with new approaches and optimization processes, with your special focus on technical services and the TGA You support the development of a service organization operating throughout Germany to provide technical services and are responsible for demanding TGA projects You monitor all organizational measures and ensure the quality of performance - in compliance with legal regulations - You identify growth potentials for existing customers and develop tailor-made strategies for successful implementation In your projects, you will focus on sustainability and energy management to create future-oriented solutions

You have a training as a plant mechanic (m/w/d) or a comparable training in the TGA A further development to the master (m/w/d) or technician (m/w/d) and/or multiannual experience in the TGA are advantageous Your high customer orientation as well as your targeted and solution-oriented way of working are the key to the success of our projects Knowledge and experience in project management expand your profile With pronounced analytical skills and a structured, targeted approach, you also master complex challenges You are a team player, communicative and pleasing good dealing with people
