Team Assistant (m/w/d)

Your tasks:

• Administrative and organisational support of department management
• Organisation of meetings and appointments
• Creation of overviews on contracts and orders
• Support for the preparation of goods
• Management of software licenses and order preparation
• Help in planning and organizing business trips
• Lead correspondence in German and English
• Creation and adaptation of PowerPoint presentations
• Self-employed work on regular tasks and projects

Your qualifications:

How to convince us

• Commercial training or equivalent degree in company management or similar qualification with relevant experience in administrative support of senior employees
• Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
• Good knowledge in handling PC systems, especially MS Office
• At least 4-5 years of professional experience in a comparable position
• Ability to set priorities independently and act independently
• High opinion
• Contact and communication strength
• Structured and solution-oriented operation
