(Senior) Master Data Administrator (m/f/d)

As a senior master data administrator (m/w/x), you make sure that production-critical master data is correct, consistent and loadable at any time. You create the basis for stable processes in engineering, production and supply chain – and actively prevent errors, delays and unnecessary costs. Installation, maintenance and updating of product, material and piece list data (BOM) in the ERP/MRP system D365 Ensuring high data quality through careful data entry, plausibility checks and data corrections Collection, testing and implementation of technical changes based on engineering documents, drawings and change notifications Maintenance of product master batches, unit lists, work plans and product-related documentation over the entire product life cycle Close cooperation with engineering, production, supply chain and purchasing to ensure correct and current master data Responsibility as Business Process Owner (BPO) for PLM/Bluestar and support in testing and validation of new D365 releases Design and continuous optimization of NPI processes (New Product Introduction) in the area of Data Management Creating and evaluating reports and providing meaningful data analyses based on D365 data

Successfully completed technical or commercial training with corresponding training or study as well as multi-year professional experience in master data management Experience with ERP/MRP systems (ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365) as well as complex piece list and product structures Practice in handling Engineering Changes (ECR/ECO) and their implementation in the system Experience in the care, structuring and quality assurance of product and master data Safe handling of data analysis, reports and common office applications, especially Excel Embossed quality awareness and a structured and detailed way of working Communication strength and joy in cooperation with engineering, production, purchasing and supply chain Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
