Conception and evidence-based further development of analog, digital and hybrid teaching/learning formats for the sustainable quality improvement of studies and teaching in the context of existing study programs Scientifically sound advice and support for teachers in the planning, implementation and evaluation of teaching concepts for ensuring effective and competence-oriented teaching in the context of higher education Development and establishment of didactic models, standards and best practices for curriculum design and digital teaching for structured application within the organization Participation in the further development of institutional approaches to the digitization of studies and teaching through the introduction of high-global expertise in cross-departmental voting Conception, implementation and evaluation of empirical analyses as well as training formats for deriving evidence-based improvement measures in the field of teaching and learning.

Completed doctorate or comparable qualification in university/media teaching, education, media education, instructional design or comparable subject area Multiannual relevant experience in the context of higher education (didactic development, teaching or research) Experience in the conception, implementation and evaluation of digital teaching/learning settings in the university context; safe handling of LMS and relevant teaching/learning technologies Very good knowledge of highly indebtedious concepts (e.g. competence-oriented teaching, Constructive Alignment, PBL, examination-didactics) and ability to translate research into practical concepts Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methods (e.g. evaluation, learning analytics) as well as pronounced analytical and conceptual strength Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing as well as high consulting, communication and moderation competence; independent, structured working and strategic thinking
