IT Security Experte (m/f/d)

Control of IT Security in highly complex projects: You are responsible for security governance in demanding IT and transformation projects and transfer regulatory, technical and organizational requirements into resilient security and decision structures. Risk-oriented security architecture: You evaluate and control IT security risks at architectural, platform and service levels and prioritise actions according to effectiveness, risk and economy, regardless of the classic ISMS operation. Professional control of central security capabilities: You control security-critical services (e.g. SIEM, Vulnerability Management, Incident Management, Cloud Security) and external providers via clear governance, KPI and escalation mechanisms. Sparring and decision preparation: You advise IT, departments and management, moderate security decisions and anchor security by design in projects, requirements and changes.

Complete university studies (informatics, business informatics, IT Security, etc.) or a comparable qualification. Reliable experience and sound know-how in Defense in Depth. Relevant experience in strategic-operative IT security roles, ideally in complex, regulated or critical IT environments. Deep understanding of IT architectures, cloud/platform models and security governance, combined with the competence to effectively control risks – not only to document. Experience in the professional management of security services and service providers as well as working with KPIs, risk and decision models. Professional handling of regulatory requirements (e.g. DORA, BAIT, MaRisk, ISO 27001) at implementation and control level. Embossed consulting, moderation and decision-making skills, especially in situations with incomplete information and high expectations.
