Ensuring time- and quality-oriented operational staff support for a defined responsibility Cooperation and coordination with KIT Internal interfaces Professional and disciplinary leadership and targeted further development of a team of staff representatives and specialists Confidential cooperation with staff councils, heavy-handed representation and equal opportunities Management as well as active participation of overarching personnel projects, in particular the digitization of personnel processes Close cooperation in the HR management team and active contribution to the strategic development of the personnel sector

a successfully completed university degree (business administration, psychology, law), many years of professional experience in the field of work and first leadership experience, very good knowledge of labour and foreign law as well as in collective law, possibly outside the public service, German and English skills, MS Office and knowledge of HR IT software, Competences such as implementation and problem solving skills, service orientation, integrity.
