Making anInfach – this is the working world of AICHINGER! You are the strategic point of intersection between our object managers and the assembly teams on site. Their goal: a frictionless assembly logistics, so that our shop-building projects can be implemented on time and in top quality. Your focus is on coordinating our external assembly partners and subcontractors.

Assembly control: You are responsible for the efficient planning, coordination and monitoring of all assembly orders and reassembly by external partners and internal assembly teams. Costing and awarding: You calculate assembly costs, remove orders from service providers and take the final content audit. Central interface: Senior Consultant (m/w/d) You are technical questions during assembly and act as a link between project management and construction site. Quality and dates: You ensure the timely execution, coordinate material logistics and professionally control complaint management. Process optimization: You keep all project status up-to-date and transparent and continuously optimize our processes in the ERP system. Networking: You acquire new assembly partners and coordinate their training and seamless integration into our cutting points.

Commercial or technical training and experience in the disposition Secure handling of ERP systems (e.g. Proalpha) and Microsoft 365 Advantage: Experience in terms of assembly and logistics as well as understanding for CAD drawings Strong organizational talent with communication strength and high capacity Stress resistance, solution orientation and economic thinking
