Your tasks in the institution:

• You take care of individual basic and treatment care with heart and mind, as well as the rontopsychiatric care of the inhabitants
• You place a great deal of value on individual care and judge the activating daily design, with the demarcation of the gerontopsychiatrical disease images, according to the needs of the inhabitants
• You document the care process around the resident (medicine assignment, care logs etc.)
• With the team on site, you can make a significant part in ensuring the quality of care
• As an expert in your area, an open ear is always available for the residents and their relatives

That's what you bring:

• You have a completed vocational training as a examinated nursing staff, nursing staff and/or health care and nursing round about additional training in the Gerontopsychiatrie area
• You are welcome with and without professional experience
• You are a team player and owns empathy in dealing with the residents and colleagues
• You work independently, solution-oriented and you like to laugh – we do too!
• You have the willingness to work in all layers, unless we find a solution
• You have a certain IT affinity
