You are the first contact person (w/m/d) for our customers or our vehicle users and it makes you happy to receive and edit all requests concerning the fleet of vehicles You are happy to provide advice and proactively acquire the necessary knowledge to be able to professionally support our customers You are an interface between customers and our internal specialist departments and always keeps an eye on customer satisfaction Together with your colleagues, you control the fleet of our customers and drive cost savings and optimizations

You have successfully completed vocational training in the service and service industry, commercial or technical A high level of service orientation and a pronounced service character You are passionate about delivering the right results and solutions for your customers You can quickly adjust to changing customer needs You have already gained experience in the automotive industry Security in dealing with the common software programs (MS Office – especially Excel/Word) you bring Good English in Word and Writing is desirable You are a reliable team player
