Your tasks: You support our Chef de Parties and the kitchen management in the operational daily business. You are hungry to learn new things and to help shape upscale gastronomy. Preparation (Mise en place) and preparation of high-level dishes. Support for the instruction and presentation under the guidance of the Heads of Post. Co-responsibility for cleanliness, order and compliance with the HACCP guidelines. Careful and economical handling of high-quality food. Active cooperation in a team working hand in hand – from beer garden to the inn, at events to the gourmet restaurant.

Your profile: Education: Successfully completed training as a cook/kitchen. Experience: You bring 1–3 years of professional experience, ideally already in the upscale gastronomy. Spirit: You are highly motivated, have a quick understanding and want to learn from the best. Craftsmanship: A solid basic knowledge and passion for fresh products are of course for you. Soft Skills: You are team-ready, reliable and keep a cool head even with high work volume. Languages: Good German knowledge (min. B2-Niveau).
