Construction manager building construction – shell construction and/or turnkey construction (m/f/d)

Responsible management and coordination of construction sites in the raw and/or turnkey construction Control of the construction design across the respective structures and project phases Participation in the tendering and awarding of services to contractors Creation and updating of schedules Ensuring a timely and economical construction Continuous monitoring of construction costs Examination of invoices and preparation of invoices and final invoices Coordination with subcontractors, project participants and internal contacts

Complete studies in civil engineering or architecture As an alternative, a further training to the state-tested construction technician, master in the construction work or a comparable constructional qualification First professional experience in the building management, work preparation or construction is advantageous, but no compelling requirement Interest in construction projects in raw and/or turnkey construction Good knowledge of MS Office Structured, independent and solution-oriented mode of operation Responsibility, initiative and organisational skills Strength of communication in cooperation with subcontractors and other project participants
