As Claim Manager (m/w/d), you are responsible for the identification, analysis and enforcement of contractual claims. They work closely with project management, purchasing and other specialist departments to systematically prepare claims, evaluate risks and implement preventive measures. Your structured approach and your ability to document complex issues clearly contribute significantly to the optimization of our project processes. You will take over further tasks:

• Written assertion of claims behaviour
• Support for project management in contract topics, also in the offer phase
• Technical assessment and legally resilient preparation of defects, incl. cost estimation
• Analysis and risk assessment of claims in coordination with project management

Successfully completed studies of law or economic engineering or comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in a comparable area of responsibility and in the handling of complex project contracts, ideally in the defence industry Business and high legal/contractual understanding, technical affinity as well as project and process management experiences knowledge of English (in word and writing) Structured, independent and careful operation
