For our Schön Klinik at the location Vogtareuth, we are looking for a full-time employee (m/w/d) for our building management at the closest possible time in industrial engineering for sanitary heating climate. Your tasks – You can look forward to this Maintenance tasks: You take care of maintenance, inspections, testing, repairs and renewals and thus ensure safe technical operation. News & Controls: You process technical reports, perform state checks and carry out regular technical tours. Subcontractor coordination: You include entrepreneurs, accompany their work and take over the professional acceptance. Project and Energy Management: You work in technical projects and support the energy management team in implementing energy-efficient measures. Data management & documentation: You collect technical information, process relevant data and document all services legally. Ready to call: You participate in the readiness to call and ensure a quick response in case of disturbances.

You have completed training in the SHK sector (e.g. plant mechanic SHK, central heating and ventilation farmer or gas and water installer) and have several years of professional experience. You have a sound knowledge of the relevant technical regulations and apply them safely in the working day. You quickly identify technical challenges and solve them efficiently thanks to your good understanding. You work routined with computer systems, especially MS Office and ideally also CAFM applications. You convince with willingness to use, team skills and a very service-oriented appearance. You are ready to continue professionally and have a class B licence.
