Senior Manager Editorial Projects (m/f/d)

You promote the conceptual cooperation of MADSACK Media Group editors in the development and development of key journalistic projects – from product and format development to processes and organization – and coordinate their implementation. With targeted impulses and thought-out concepts, you design the organization and processes of RND actions more efficiently and more agilely – creating more space for creative, successful journalistic work. You make sure that all RND partners can benefit from these progress and improvements. In close coordination, you work with OneRND's chief editorial and report to the head of the Editorial Operations unit. You keep the regular exchange with our editorial development, product development and management.

You have gathered several years of experience and demonstrable successes in developing and managing complex projects in editors and publishers. Communication strength and decision-making pleasure characterize you. You will tackle challenges with curiosity and optimism – with a sense of original and progressive solutions. Strategic vision as well as a strong interest in medium and long-term technological and sociodemographic developments and their influence on journalistic products complete your profile.
