Your tasks in detail: You are the first contact for our customers when it comes to questions about TURBOMED. You take telephone calls and try to identify, solve and give telephone assistance in first contact. Find out all the activities you carry out to help the customers in our ticket system. Inquiries that you can’t solve yourself will be forwarded to the 2nd level support for a deeper analysis. What is important to us: You have basic PC knowledge and experience with popular MS Office applications. You draw your attention through service orientation and communication strength, bringing your fingertips in dealing with customers. You can speak German in word and writing. In the best case, you have completed a training in the medical field, as an alternative, you have a technical/commercial background or bring experience in customer care.
