You win applicants through different recruitment channels and tax the entire application process You conduct professional interviews, check qualifications and start meaningful candidate profiles You take responsibility for the contracting and support of our employees throughout the entire period of use You are targeting the employees as part of the transfer of employees or the placement of employees, ensuring that our customers and candidates work together smoothly. You enter the new and existing customers and continuously build your network You represent our HR services at career fairs and at relevant events

You have a completed training for the personnel service businessman/wife (or commercial training) and/or a study in the social, economic or commercial field (or a comparable qualification) You can ideally look back on professional experience as a staff member or recruiter in the staff service industry, consulting or placement services You have ideally collected well-founded sales experiences and celebrated successes A growth and solution-oriented thinking and action characterizes you Your enthusiasm and communication strength are incomparable
