Our customer seeks support in IT support for its end customers the DRV.

REQUIREMENTS

• Editing tasks in the ticket system including acknowledgement, Preparation and documentation
• Take over the 2nd Level Onsite Support for Windows Clients in Reference to Lenovo ThinkPads, SINA Hardware etc.
• Supporting users in device replacement and general IT questions
• testing and documentation of devices with regard to defects, Completeness and traces
• Support for digital transfer and maintenance of protocols and asset lists

PROFIL

• Completed training as a specialist informatics System integration, IT system electronics / system electronics comparable qualification
• First experience in support and preferably in handling SINA Devices
• Good knowledge of Remedy and Windows environment, and Standard hardware
• Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
• A high level of communication and a careful and Structured operation
