KombiRail Europe B.V. is a Dutch railway company with safety certificates both in the Netherlands and in Germany. We are now looking for a dedicated financial accountant for our railway company at the Duisburg site. Self-fulfilment of ongoing financial accounting (debitors, creditors, banks, cash registers, credit cards) as well as accounting of all business transactions according to SKR04 for DE and according to Dutch requirements for NL Coordination of accounts and clarification and monitoring of open items Preparation and implementation of payment transactions Creation of ZM notifications and sales tax pre-registrations Completion of monthly and annual accounts Reporting and compiling relevant evaluations and participation in the further development of accounting processes Preparation of initial invoices and credits Dunning and processing of requests from external business partners

Technical requirements completed commercial training, preferably with further training to the financial account holder (IHK) or comparable Multiannual professional experience in financial accounting Secure knowledge of tax, balance sheet and trade law (HGB) and cost accounting (SKR 04) Ideally knowledge of Exact Globe+ and Dutch financial accounting (not mandatory, but welcome) Secure handling of MS Office, especially Excel and SharePoint Personal competencies Careful, structured working and very good numerical understanding High accuracy, sense of responsibility and discretion in handling financial data Analytical thinking and clear, comprehensible preparation of complex topics Self-employed, team-ready, reliable and time-to-date, especially within the framework of qualifications and reporting High readiness (e.g. Exact Globe+, Dutch financial accounting) Communication strong internal and external as well as flexibility – especially in final phases
