Our client is a medium-sized, owner-managed trading company that is one of the national champions with over 160 locations in its industry. It grows steadily on its own and through takeovers. Its service offering, which also includes service business, defines the top in a promising market. The company is both internally and externally influenced by trusted cooperation, appreciation and orientation on long-term joint success.

The above-average company development requires and allows organizational adjustments. In this context, the management will be expanded by the position of the managing director (m/w/d) finance. Accounting and treasury of the group of companies and their subsidiaries will report to him. These are organised as a division within a central service company and comprise approximately 35 employees.

Ensuring proper accounting and the timely creation of the annual accounts including the consolidated financial statements Ensuring corporate financing Ensuring liquidity management Sparring partners of the managing partners in strategic decisions in the context of short- and long-term planning Leadership and development of staff

Completed degree of business, finance or comparable qualification Multiannual relevant professional experience in senior management in financial and accounting, preferably from trade in branch structure Very good knowledge of accounting, accounting and treasury Leadership Full understanding of the business model of the Group Joy of open and constructive cooperation in a board of directors
