Maintenance and repair of industrial plants (heating, ventilation, sanitary facilities) Procurement of consumables Proper documentation and preparation of inspection reports Instruction and support of external employees (w/m/d) and coordination of your services Contact person for technical inquiries or interference messages

Completed training in a technical or craft occupation, e.g. plant mechanic SHK, heating and ventilation engineer, gas and water installer (w/m/d) First professional experience in building technology | Haustechnik | Hausverwaltung or in mobile home technology of advantage Craft skills, customer-oriented appearance and action as well as team skills Willingness to participate in the call readiness service (including additional remuneration) Class B driving licence
