As a customer advisor, you are the competent contact person for our customers and their individual topics Personal as well as telephone advice and support are part of your task. By using and ensuring customer satisfaction, you make an active contribution to customer development. You accompany customer visits on site or at locations With you, customer concerns, but also complaints in good hands, you control the topics and follow the entire handling. Complex issues of our customers within customer management, but also in cooperation with other disciplines, are part of your task. With you, customers know that their topics are in good hands.

You have a completed commercial training or a comparable qualification You have fun at active customer contact and can convince in the consultation You ideally bring professional experience in a customer-oriented position Customer satisfaction is your first priority You have fun dealing with people and can adjust yourself well to their different needs and requirements. You are drawing through a high service and service orientation You have a competent appearance and good communication skills in word and writing. You work in a solution-oriented manner and you are a team player looking beyond the edge of the plate. With regard to further digitization, to acquire new knowledge in order to bring digital services to the customer, you are fun and motivating for you. Safe handling of MS Office, SAP and the willingness to work into new systems readiness to travel
