Head of Human Resources & Legal Affairs (m/f/d)

Our 15-person HR department is re-establishing its future-oriented approach. In order to make our processes more efficient, more digital and structured, we will divide the department into two groups in the future. For one of these group lines, we are looking for an empathic and processful personality with the pleasure of real design playroom and team leadership. In this role you focus primarily on the leadership of your team (8 employees) and the design of modern, lean HR processes. Guided tour: Discipline and professional management of your team (8 employees) in the areas of personal service, personal care and recruiting. Further development of the team members and the promotion of a self-responsible way of working. Process optimization: Priority analysis, redesign and digitization of the existing processes – from the recruiting process to the supervision and administrative processing including payroll. Ensure transparent structures, clear responsibilities and reliable quality standards in your group. Interface work and cooperation Close and trusting cooperation with the second group management and the department management for the strategic orientation of the entire department (15 persons). Constructive exchange with the works council and advice of senior, complex questions.

Leadership experience: You will bring profound experience in the leadership of teams and understand yourself as a modern leader who gives orientation and sets guidelines. Process and Structure Mint Set: Your absolute strength is to structurally rethink, simplify and digitize HR processes (respect, administration, recruiting). You're not a pure administrator, you're a designer. Training/study: A successfully completed study (e.g. BWL with a focus on HR, economic law, law) or a comparable qualification with corresponding HR practice. Expertise & Sovereignty: Wide HR Allround Knowledge (Labour Law, Recruiting Trends, Basic Understanding for Fee/Administration) as well as a safe, professional appearance in dealing with the Executive Board and the Works Council at eye level. Personality: communication strong, structured and enforceable, paired with the necessary fingertip feeling for cooperation in the leadership team.
