Shift Supervisor Chemical Production (m/f/d)

Leadership & organisation of the layer including layer occupation, start talks and professional layer transfer Supporting the team in technical and organisational matters, as well as promoting cooperation and further development Monitoring and operation of production facilities (e.g. MDFI, PIB, FVA, Utilities) and control of the driving modes Operational activities such as plant changes, sampling, rounding and documentation of relevant process data Analysis and troubleshooting incl. Introduction of immediate measures to process stability Ensuring safety, quality & work protection, including compliance with statutory requirements and internal guidelines Examination and approval of work permits and monitoring of foreign companies and maintenance work Coordination of maintenance & technology, recognition of necessary repairs and quality control of the work carried out Creation / testing of technical documents such as OPE / LOTO documents and FSSL plans Takeover of special and additional tasks such as project support, audits, ISO processes and participation in security programs

(m/w/d), ideally industrial master chemistry or comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in the chemical industry Very good knowledge in the handling of process systems and their technical relationships Good knowledge of German in word and writing; English knowledge of advantage Willingness to work in a fully continuous shift system Impressed leadership and motivation as well as the competence to develop employees in a targeted manner Ability to guide people, motivate and accompany them in change processes role model in safety culture, quality awareness and work behaviour High security and risk awareness Quiet, thoughtful and determined action in emergency situations Consistent, safe conduct and compliance with all relevant regulations High readiness for responsibility, combined with enforcement, self-initiative and motivation Self-employed, structured and systematic work Ability to edit challenges independently, analytically and solution-oriented
