Your role As Production Architect, develop a comprehensive understanding of the production value flow within the EUV production, present it in a position picture and show potentials independently

In early stages of development take responsibility for optimal, systematic planning and represent the needs of production

Ensuring and improving output on the basis of relevant key figures (e.g. comb line capabilities, OEE, DLZ, MTBF, ...)

Bringing in independent development of optimization possibilities such as automation and digitization concepts and driving their implementation

tuning production times of individual value flow sections to one another (introduction of a production cycle)

Projects for process planning/optimization, initiate, coordinate, implement and coordinate interdisciplinary teams

independently prepare project-relevant data and create meaningful reports for management

In the Industrialization Cluster, the interface in a matrix organization between development, start-up management, logistics and production takes place and ensure the achievement of milestones

a university degree in an MINT course

proven experience in the analysis, evaluation and support of complex manufacturing processes

Wide knowledge of methods and application experiences of e.g. value flow analysis, LEAN, Six Sigma, Process-FMEA, KVP, 8D

basic technical expertise

Experience in project management

a high degree of self-sufficiency and sense of responsibility for the role, teamability and creativity within the problem solution as well as a structured and targeted approach

good English skills in word and writing
