Mobility policy and representation of interests

You analyse developments in mobility, transport and infrastructure and derive positions and recommendations for action for the regional economy. You develop opinions, position papers and expert contributions on mobility and infrastructure related topics and advise the IHK member companies. You represent the interests of our member companies towards politics, administration and other decision-makers.

Infrastructure and location development

You identify needs for action in transport routes and logistics structures from the perspective of the economy. You accompany planning and infrastructure projects through expert opinions and represent the interests of the regional economy. You are committed to an efficient road, rail and waterway transport infrastructure.

Supporting projects and transformation

You initiate, coordinate and accompany projects, studies and cooperation on mobility, logistics and infrastructure. You introduce the perspective of the economy into regional and municipal mobility and infrastructure concepts. You evaluate the economic, ecological and location-relevant impact of projects and measures.

Innovation and future trends

You identify trends and future topics in the areas of mobility, logistics and infrastructure. Together with companies and partners, You develop impulses for innovative mobility solutions. You use best practices and support their transfer to the region.

Network and stakeholder management

You network companies, municipalities, science and other partners. You initiate and moderate exchange formats between economy, politics, administration and science. You promote the exchange of future topics such as mobility transition, sustainable logistics and industrial transformation. You are responsible for specialist bodies, e.g. IHK committees.

You are a dynamic, communicative personality with a completed economic or technical studies, e.g. in the fields of transport planning, geography, spatial planning, economic engineering, engineering, political, administrative or economic sciences or a comparable discipline. You ideally have professional experience in the areas of mobility, infrastructure, logistics, project management, economic promotion or representation of interests. You are interested in economic, transport and structural issues. You have a good understanding of economic relations and can convey complex facts in a comprehensible manner. You are characterized by a pronounced customer and service orientation as well as team skills. It is easy for you to build networks and bring people from business, science, politics and administration together. You work independently and structured and like to introduce their own ideas. A very good expression in word and writing as well as a safe handling of modern media and digital processes complete your profile. You have a class B licence. You are willing to make occasional appointments outside the usual working hours.
