You set up CNC-controlled machine tools, equip them and operate them to produce high-precision components. You process workpieces e.g. by turning, milling, grinding, toothing, bumping or deep drilling according to technical drawings and production documents. You monitor the manufacturing process, carry out measurement and quality checks and document the test results. You introduce tool changes as well as corrections to machine parameters and ensure consistently high production quality. You identify optimization potentials in the manufacturing process and contribute to compliance with quality, safety and production standards.

(m/w/d), industrial mechanic (m/w/d), precision mechanic (m/w/d), or a comparable technical qualification. You have experience in setting up and operating CNC machine tools - ideally in the field of gearing or precision production. You can safely read and work routined with measuring and testing equipment. You are characterized by an independent, careful and quality-conscious way of working. You are ready for shiftwork and convince by teamwork, reliability and sense of responsibility.

We pay a collective salary and if necessary Industry supplements, holiday and Christmas money as well as shift supplements according to the GVP tariff agreement.
