As team leader Customer Projects in our Voice Solutions business unit, you and your team will accompany customer projects after conclusion of the contract and lead to success - up to the final implementation and the Go-Live. In detail, your tasks are as follows: guide and develop the Team Customer Projects; ''to be a leader' means for you to share beliefs and visions and to create a working environment that promotes growth and development. They act as the first contact for emerging problems within the framework of projects, in particular for internal interfaces and contact persons. They drive forward changes, set priorities and guarantee the successful implementation of customer projects also through risk-proof personnel and project planning. They run certain projects independently. You define KPIs, create reports and report them to the Head of Customer Service. You question processes within your responsibility critically, check optimization potentials, guide action recommendations and implement them independently if necessary.

They have completed training or study with IT background. They have already brought some years of professional experience from the project management and in a leading role. First knowledge in the following topics, greatly facilitate your start into the new role: Microsoft 365, Jira, Confluence, SAP. And of course, any knowledge about our LYDIA-Voice solutions. They are known for a process-oriented and independent way of working and the ability to advance topics. They are a resilient communication talent that finds the right words in every situation. You have very good knowledge of German and English.
