• Leadership: Professional and disciplinary leadership as well as organizational guidance of the directly subordinate industrial employees, including their deployment planning.
• Efficient warehouse control: Operational control of our handling warehouse taking into account cost and quality aspects - in close coordination with the warehouse manager and production.
• Frictionless processes: control and monitoring of the processes in the warehouse, including goods receipt, goods exit as well as loading and unloading.
• Key figures in view: determination and documentation of daily key figures for performance assessment.
• Quality assurance: performance of quality checks and continuous optimization of intralogistic processes.
• Support team development: Responsibility for the further development of the team, including regular team meetings and employee discussions.

Your

(m/w/d) für Lagerlogistik or a comparable vocational training with experience in the camp. Experience counts: Insufficient professional and leadership experience in the camp, preferably in the coordination and control of processes in the envelope camp. Analytical thinking: Good computer skills (MS Office), analytical thinking and solid commercial understanding. Security Consciousness: knowledge of legal requirements and safety regulations that must be adhered to in the camp. Technical know-how: experience in handling industrial trucks and possession of a truck licence. Personal strengths: embossed enforcement capability, strong motivation and communication skills as well as team skills, resilience and independent working.
