We are responsible for the implementation of public transport in Erlangen, operate the Erlangen baths and provide services in the field of telecommunications. Projektmanager (m/w/d)

Control and further development of the personal control including HR key figures, reports and analyses Creation of personnel and personnel cost planning, forecasts and target actual comparisons Analysis of personnel costs, capacities and personnel structures incl. deriving recommendations for action Participation in monthly, quarterly and annual accounts as well as in position, sustainability and pay reports Processing of legal data collections and data deliveries (e.g. bAV, personnel obligations, regulation) Care and further development of our HR systems, reporting, controlling and digitization processes as well as tools (e.g. dashboards, Power BI) Contact person for executives and external auditors

Successfully completed studies in economics, business management, controlling and Personnel management or a comparable subject Multiannual professional experience in personal controlling or in a corresponding control function Very good analytical skills and high number affinity Very good Excel knowledge as well as experiences with HR and BI tools Structured, independent and solution-oriented operation Communication strength and safe occurrence to executives
