Architect Asset Management Mixed-use (m/f/d)

Conception of medium and large construction projects of the Mixed-Use-spectrum (including housing, office building, retail, commercial objects) for planning/determining requirements and the performance phase 1 to 2 (HOAI) Development of first land determinations / mass studies / project sketches for clarification of technical and economic feasibility Control, monitoring and implementation of conversion, refurbishment and repair measures taking into account the needs of tenants Participation in administrative processes, acquisition of building permits Preparation of internal decision templates compiling powerful project teams for the respective construction task negotiate contracts with external planners and other service providers Coordination / cooperation with internal departments, planning offices, authorities, investors and other project participants Responsibility for compliance with dates, costs (cost control) and qualities, as well as audit and clearance of accounts Early recognition of project risks and the introduction of appropriate countermeasures Process management to optimize processes in design and planning

Completed architectural studies (or comparable) with several years of professional experience Experience in the design and planning of buildings (single trade and trade/apartments or Mixed-use objects) Excellent organisational and presentation skills; Self-motivation and independent, structured operation Communication capability, enforcement capability and sovereign occurrence Impressed business understanding and analytical thinking skills The ability to solve complex tasks and implement them together with the team Very good knowledge of popular MS Office applications as well as CAD (ArchiCAD, AutoCAD, Sketchup) and the Adobe package Good knowledge of German in word and writing
