Professional, demand- and solution-oriented online consulting of customers from industry, logistics and other industries – with the strong product portfolio of a specialist manufacturer. Structured development of customer requirements in video calls and phone calls as well as creation of customized offers. Conducting digital sales negotiations and independent contract conclusion – with clear final orientation via telephone and video. Occasionally on-site visits to customers when special project situations, technical requirements or decisive negotiations make a personal presence necessary.

Consistent tracking of ongoing offers, active management of the Sales Funnel and efficient lead management. Close cooperation with decision-makers on the customer side as well as internal interfaces such as project management, purchasing, sales services and marketing. Careful documentation of all activities in the CRM system and the use of digital tools to efficiently manage customer interactions.

Successfully completed commercial or technical training/teaching or studies, e.g. business management, sales management, marketing or comparable disciplines. Experience in digital distribution / inside sales, ideally in an environment of technical products, capital goods or services that require declaration. Embossed digital finality and pleasure in winning and convincing customers remotely. High customer orientation, empathy, clear conversation and convincing online presentation skills.
