Projektmanager (m/w/d)

Your tasks:

Exciting tasks

• You make the Make-Or-Buy decisions
• They lead and motivate a team of up to 28 employees
• Customer-oriented production concepts are developed by you
• You are responsible for the 24/7 operation of over 10,000 trains per year
• with a budget of 80 million Euro control strategic purchasing, traffic planning and assets such as locomotives and cars

• 40h week at Mo-Fr.
• Further development of field management
• Mobile work on two days a week

Your qualifications:

This will bring you

• A balanced understanding of humans and systems
• At least three years of leadership experience binding *Expressed analytical skills and structured working style
• Study background Economic engineering, logistics, etc. of advantage
• Open for versatile profiles if there is guidance and process understanding
• Ability to review complex operational processes and motivate employees
• Background in the field of rail transport desirable or experience from larger logistics companies/production
