During your internship with us in the team, you will preferably support strategic and operational tasks from 01.06.2025. You will get exciting insights into current topics & projects on the topics of personnel and organizational development at global level. We attach great importance to the fact that during your internship you can not only take tasks, but also introduce your own ideas and actively participate in projects. You will participate in the following tasks: Support in the planning, organisation, implementation and follow-up of workshops, training and learning paths for employees, experts and executives

Support our team in diverse, global projects and personnel development measures

Preparation of presentations, communication documents, videos and other forward-looking formats for our different target groups

Acquisition of exciting research work for concepts or new, innovative personnel development topics and direct support in design & rollout

Your profile Education: a degree in the field of BWL, economic psychology, human resources management or a comparable degree course

Availability: Internship duration of at least 6 months to give you a comprehensive insight into the area and ensure a high learning curve

Know-how: First practical experience in the field of HR and Personnel development desirable

Motivation: You are interested in the HR sector with the focus on human resources development and have the courage to create new or unknown topics independently

Working methods: very good communication and organization skills

Languages: reliable knowledge of German and English for daily work
