Key Account Manager (m|w|d) Technical Coordination | Commercial Vehicles Job ID 75989 | Location Crailsheim or Zschopau Your duties You are central contact for customers on technical topics as well as internal departments (engineering, purchasing, operations, ...) in customer-specific questions. You take over the project management as a technical customer project manager in the development and series management. The introduction, coordination and monitoring of technical changes to customers are also part of this. You initiate quality assurance/improvement measures, follow them and support the processing of customer complaints. The organization and management of regular appointments and meetings with customers are your tasks. You identify potential bottlenecks and conflicts at an early stage and initiate proactive preparatory/avoiding measures. Cooperation with the international sales organization completes your area of activity. Your profile You have successfully completed their studies (e.g. industrial engineering, mechanical engineering) or corresponding training. Experience in project management and a strong technical understanding will help you. Experience in the automotive sector and with drivetrains is advantageous. Knowledge in MS Office and experience with SAP are desirable. We require knowledge of German and English in word and writing. You are characterized by your ability to enforce clients, including the ability to identify needs, balance positions and resolve conflicts.
