People & Culture Manager (m/w/d)

Your tasks

Full support of our employees for all personal questions at home and abroad Supporting all administrative HR processes from entry to exit Design and control of the recruiting process in close coordination with our team leaders Support in the implementation of our payroll accounting in cooperation with external payroll providers Care and organisation of occupational health management (BGM) Processing of statistics and reports Optimization of HR processes

Completed studies with specialist personnel or completed commercial training, ideally with additional qualification as a specialist (m/w/d) At least 2 years of relevant professional experience in a comparable position Safe handling of the MS Office package, especially Word and Excel Basic knowledge of labour law Knowledge of Personio or other personnel management tools Independent, structured and independent working in the team A high level of service orientation, social competence and absolute trustworthiness Very good knowledge of German and English
