Your task is to implement independent implementations in the field of SAP HCM with the focus on Fiori, master data and interfaces as well as the control of external employees You can use your professional skills by accepting customer requirements from the HR departments and consulting the Key Users As an important team member, you contribute to the successful implementation of cross-system projects You ensure continuous improvement and professional design of services in your area Watch the SAP HCM roadmap and advise your customers on future developments

Qualification: You have completed your studies in Business Administration or Business Informatics. a comparable training Experience: You bring comprehensive experience in design, customizing and ABAP-OO development in SAP HCM and know the business processes in the HR environment well Know-how & Skills: You have well-founded expertise in SAP HCM and in dealing with Fiori, interfaces and master data management Nice to have: Additional knowledge in consulting, project management or change management are desirable Languages: Through your very good knowledge of German and English as well as your open and trusted personality, you can communicate safely at all levels Personality: team spirit, organizational talent and a careful working procedure complete your profile
