As (Associate) Manager Privacy & Data Risk Office (m/w/d), you take a key role in the legal protection of our data and risk strategies. You are one of the key players for complex regulatory requirements and support in implementing innovative solutions. Contract Examination: You will review and design contracts in the fields of data protection, data act, DORA, NIS2 and AI act. Advice: You advise internal stakeholders on legal and technical issues relating to data (protection) legal issues. Regulatory Monitoring: You follow new legal and regulatory developments and guide action recommendations. Cooperation: You work closely with departments and international partners to ensure regulatory requirements. Process design: You support the development and implementation of policies and processes for risk mitigation.

Full lawyer:in or graduate:in a degree in law, engineering, economic engineering or a comparable degree course Knowledge of data protection law and ideal experience in the fields of Data Act, DORA, NIS2 and AI-Act Professional experience in auditing and compliance consulting, preferably in an international environment Analytical thinking, communication strength and the ability to explain complex facts in a comprehensible manner German and English fluent in word and writing
