As an organizational hub of our law firm, you can keep the attorney free: inside the back and ensure smooth operations in the daily business You are responsible for all correspondence, create professional fonts with MS Office and are the first respondent for clients: inside, courts and authorities The careful management and management of our digital and physical files is in your hands You independently monitor and coordinate all dates and deadlines and thus ensure the smooth progress of the mandates You support the preparation and follow-up of meetings and actively contribute to the optimization of internal firm processes

You have successfully completed a training as a lawyer (m/w/d) or a further training as a legal expert (m/w/d) Thanks to your structured and careful operation, you can also keep track of several processes and are familiar with the procedures of a firm. As a reliable and team-capable personality, you will always be professional and binding in dealing with clients, courts and authorities You are safe to use the current MS Office applications and digital correspondence You communicate in German language in word and writing
