Your tasks include establishing standardized and scalable test processes throughout our organization to support business growth, secure the quality of the services provided and minimize risks You evaluate the degree of ripening of tests, for example by analyzing the current test methods, tools and frames and determine strengths, weaknesses and areas worthy of improvement You develop improvement strategies, for example by creating a roadmap for the harmonisation and professionalization of test processes, tools and best practices, which are tailored to the individual requirements of the individual product units in terms of technology, architecture and compliance To standardize, you recommend sustainable test tools from trusted companies that meet long-term business requirements and ensure that all test procedures meet industry-specific compliance requirements You are responsible for the implementation of new processes and tools in the organization, ensuring a smooth takeover and implementation by individual teams and departments, taking into account the industry-specific challenges In your function, you work with the stakeholders of all areas involved, promote their cooperation and act as a competent respondent Your project work depends on our customers and your project situation and includes both hybrid work and local use

You have a university degree in computer science, information technology or a related area and brings about 10 years of experience in software testing, ideally in a company with near and offshore locations An ISTQB certification or equivalent proof is advantageous A strong understanding of various software architectures and technologies, as well as the tools and frameworks for test automation and test management platforms You will also have experience in building and managing test factories or test frameworks and you can demonstrate a track record in the development and implementation of test strategies Your strong communication skills give you the ability to involve interest groups at different hierarchical levels, while at any time in the sense of the agreed corporate objectives You have experience in managing complex transformation initiatives, want to implement permanent changes in organizations and work independently and independently German knowledge from level C1 and fluent English skills complete your profile
