An experienced management personality from the industrial production environment – ideally with background as a factory, operating or branch management (m/w/d). You understand technical and commercial processes as well as the requirements for a motivating and reliable employee management in the commercial sector. With a clear presence on the shop floor, strategic overview and communicative strength, you act sovereignly on all levels of the company. Total responsibility for economic and legal operations, including production, maintenance, purchasing and administration leadership, deployment planning and further development of up to 100 employees, including training and qualification assurance Efficient control of operating processes and ensuring high plant availability and technical operational readiness Responsibility for compliance with statutory requirements and internal standards, in particular in the areas of occupational safety, environmental law and certification derivation and implementation of location-specific targets in close coordination with the operating or Regional management
