You guide our software development team professionally and disciplinefully with a clear focus on cooperation, quality and achievement. As a central contact for software topics, you accompany the product groups of position sensor technology in the development area. You are responsible for the development of our embedded software solutions and actively contribute to the development of our software platform and its architecture. In your role as a software subproject manager (m/w/d) for our opto and safety products, you control the release, resource and capacity planning and keep dates, costs and budgets in mind. You work closely with our international locations and coordinate national and international software activities.

You have a successfully completed study of electrical engineering, technical informatics or a comparable subject. You convince with sound knowledge in modern software design methods as well as in the areas of software architecture and system integration. Multiannual experience in embedded software development as well as in the management of software projects feature. You have already successfully collaborated with international project teams and have ideally gained first experience in the subproject management. The C and C++ programming languages are safe and routined. Occasionally traveling to our international locations is a natural part of your activity. You convince by a safe appearance and strong communication skills in German and English. Ideally, you will bring first experience in the professional or disciplinary leadership of employees or want to take the next step towards leadership responsibility.
