Type of employment: Limited Working time: Full time Place of work: Bexbacherstr. 72 As an intern (m/w/div.) you will become part of our local HR department and gain deep insights into the diverse topics of personal work. You support our HR Business partners: in the day-to-day business and actively contribute to managing and strengthening executives and employees. Your tasks are diverse and range from coordination of HR core processes to participation in development talks of our employees. You are the central point of contact for our new employees and take care of the operational communication with our HR Service. In addition, you actively participate in the implementation of measures in personal care, onboarding and offboarding as well as in recruiting. You accompany HR projects and take on your own project tasks. You have the chance to get to know different facets of our HR world and develop your own skills.

Education: studies in the field of economics, social sciences, psychology, pedagogy or comparable with the focus on personnel Personality and working methods: communicative, creative, independent and reliable Experience and know-how: safe handling of MS Office and secure communication skills in word and writing Enthusiasm: You are full of energy and joy to work in the team and take on new challenges with enthusiasm.
