Junior Project Manager (m/w/d) for Residential Real Estate

Project overview from the beginning: They accompany the development of new housing projects and contribute to the acquisition of suitable land in the Düsseldorf region Active support: In close cooperation with experienced project managers, coordinate and manage residential projects until handover Partial projects in your responsibility: They take on their own tasks – e.g. in project calculation, acquisition management or project controlling Communication at eye level: You agree with internal teams and external partners – from sales to planning to construction Perspective Project Management: Step by step, you will develop your own project management – with the aim of managing residential projects independently in the future and coordinating teams

Successfully completed studies in architecture, civil engineering, real estate management, urban or spatial planning or comparable First practical experience in the field of construction and/or real estate (e.g. through internships or working student activities) Interdisciplinary thinking and a good sense of customer needs Impressed communication strength and organizational talent Joy of teamwork and a dynamic environment
