Your duties

• Responsibility of the complete building management in turnkey housing construction
• Active control of construction site processing and control
• Quality assurance and preparation and compliance of schedules
• Responsibility for construction processes in terms of dates, costs and quality
• Construction site documentation

Your profile

• Graduate of the Department of Civil Engineering, Architecture or a comparable degree
• At least 2 years of professional experience in the handling of turnkey construction measures
• Ability to holistic and economic planning and their implementation
• Organisational skills and communication strength
• Enforcement and decision-making
• Joy in a responsible and versatile task
