Staff Shipping & Retour [Minijob] (m/w/d)

Tasks:

• Processing of shipping and return orders with router, loading or PLZ errors
• Scanning & processing of differential packets including storage and removal in the differential storage
• Examination of the fault foundations of differential packets and bonding with differential label
• Ticket creation and clarification of errors in the DPD systems
• Acceptance and processing of returns and ensuring the correct booking
• Support in quality assurance and compliance with internal process requirements

Strengths:

• Complete training as a specialist for warehouse logistics or specialist warehouses is desirable
• (First) Professional experience as warehouse staff, dispatch staff or return staff of advantage
• High ownership and reliability
• High team and communication skills as well as customer orientation
• Very good problem solving capabilities
