They are responsible for supporting a retail property portfolio They develop object strategies, implement them together in the team and agree closely with the other areas. In addition, you will develop object-related business plans, decision templates and reporting For the projects you are looking for, you control the external Property and Center Management Team, create budget planning and monitor compliance With the anchor rentals, you conduct the lease negotiations and coordinate the rental activities Including external architects, specialist planners and construction companies, you initiate and control the implementation of expansion and reconstruction measures They support the assessment, (re)financing and sale of retail real estate

In addition to successfully completed studies, ideally focusing on real estate, business management, economic geography or comparable training, e.g. on the real estate businessman/wife, you can present relevant professional experience of at least 3 years They have good knowledge and a network in the German retail real estate market, ideally related to shopping centers Competent convince with your communication, presentation and negotiation strength A high self-motivation, decision-making and strong team skills are the key You are ready to travel and possess a valid driving licence of the driving class 3/B Good MS Office, German and English skills complete your profile
