Your tasks

As part of the SOLID II project, you will take over the following tasks in the area of travel cost accounting:

• Processing, testing and booking of travel expenses according to the applicable statutory provisions and internal requirements
• Examination of the invoices submitted for complete and correct application, approval and correct confirmation (in particular with regard to the booking office, cost type and jurisdiction of the cost center).
• coordination and booking of travel costs in close cooperation with the respective responsible organisational units.

Your profile

• You have completed training for the tourism businessman (w/m/d) or an equivalent qualification with well-founded knowledge in travel cost accounting
• Ideally you bring relevant professional experience in the tourism industry
• You have pronounced oral and written communication skills
• You are versed in handling MS Office
• An independent, careful and reliable way of working, as well as a binding occurrence and a pronounced team capacity complete your profile
