In the Leipzig/Halle region, you are responsible for the object-oriented market management and the expansion of the associated high-potential regional planners and processors (e.g. housing, architects and key customers). You will find new objects according to specifications and understand them with necessary information, including the identification of contact persons. You're puggling objects in the CRM, preparing them for meetings, and doing so you'll also carry out clearing work. You guide object rounds with sales organisations, clarify responsibilities and document the agreed procedure. You accompany objects until the final phase and work closely with the sales department to ensure complete tracking. You conduct annual calls, agree commission payments to third parties, first call tenders and transfer service directories to DAW products.

You have a successfully completed study as an architect, civil engineer/construction engineer or a comparable qualification as painter and painter, stucco painter with master training. You bring multi-year professional experience in the field service or as a building manager. You can prove success in the positive work with “influencers”. You have good presentation and communication skills as well as a good numerical understanding and deep product knowledge. You work systematically and structured and are a team player with high enthusiasm. You can communicate safely in English and German and can handle MS Office applications. You bring a high readiness to travel and have your residence in the Leipzig/Halle area.
