You act as a central interface to the customer for all agreed services and act as a dedicated advocate for its needs You make sure that the customer complies with his commitments and agrees with the planning management and the various production areas You are the main partner for commercial and legal agreements and agree with sales or contract management as needed You are responsible for creating documents for the Steering Committee and for transparency in project status You secure data consistency between the customer and Vantage Towers and work closely with the PMO You support sales in strategic discussions and votes with Vodafone

A successfully completed study of business management, engineering or a comparable subject At least 10 years of professional experience in the telecommunications industry or related areas such as finance, strategy or advice Found experience in customer delivery, service delivery or project management Experience in handling complex data management and ensuring data integrity Ideally knowledge of strategy and business development or strategic key account management in the Telco sector High quality and responsibility awareness as well as the ability to present complex facts convincingly German and English language skills in word and writing on C1 level
